Limited Warranty Statement (Period & Type)

  • The Warranty Type and period for GRODD product shall be as specified here under.
  • GRODD Products – 12 months (service warranty)
  • *Note: The charging cables, Batteries and the Band (clothing part) supplied is not covered under any warranty. 
  • The warranty period starts from the date of the original purchase of product by the first end-user.
  • Subjected to the applicable national laws, the Original Warranty Period under no circumstances will be extended and / or renewed and / or otherwise affected due to subsequent re-sale, repair or replacement of the Product(s). Nevertheless, in case of repaired and / or replaced part(s) the warranty period will be for the remaining period of the original Warranty Period.
  • When making a Warranty claim you have to present:
    1) The affected part. (Type of dysfunction)
    2) The original proof of purchase, furnishing the name and address
    of the seller, the date and place of purchase and GST number, and valid serial number (mentioned on the box/product).
  • GRODD reserves the right to refuse to repair / service any product(s) in the absence of any of the following:
    1) Original Proof of purchase
    2) Valid serial number on the product 
  • 3) Removal of warranty Seal
  • Any physical damage to the product(s) shall Void/cancel the warranty on the product(s). Repairs and / or service on such products shall be purely on chargeable basis and at the sole decision of GRODD.
  • In the event of any service being availed from GRODD on chargeable basis, the charges for the same have to be paid in cash in advance at the service center at the time of handing over the product for repair and/ or service. Or through online directly to GRODD in case the product is purchased online on GRODD website, in such case the shipping charges will be additional.
  • This warranty is restricted strictly to the territorial boundaries of India and confers specific rights and remedies with regard to GRODD. Please read this document carefully. By making a claim under this, it will be deemed you
    have understood and accepted all its terms and conditions
  • GRODD warrants that the components and software’s installed in your GRODD Product(s) at the time of purchase, to be free from
    malfunction under conditions of normal use and for the duration of the warranty period specified
  • GRODD confirms that our products are BIS and ETA certified
  • The failure due to incorrect /harmful software installation in GRODD product (unless it is installed by GRODD) or any associated products will not be considered as product Fault. For eg. Installing any harmful/unknown/non trusted software or app on your phone connecting to GRODD product or presence of virus/bugs on your phone may interrupt the performance of GRODD product. Such faults will not be considered as product failure
  • Failure due to Usage of GRODD product other than it is intended for, will not be covered under any warranty. In such cases the warranty will be considered void.
  • Failure to use GRODD product in accordance with the User’s Guide which is incorporated inside the package, or any other abuse or neglect with respect to the Product(s), will not be covered under any warranty. In such cases the existing warranty will be considered VOID
  • Warranty will be considered VOID by default in case the Servicing, repairs, modifications or handling etc. by any unauthorized personnel/ service centers.
  • GRODD provides no warranty for any products(s) not manufactured and / or sold by GRODD (online/offline) or its authorized sales &Service Centers. In such cases the existing warranty will be considered VOID
  • GRODD provides no warranty for Damage resulting from improper packaging during transportation of the product(s) to GRODD directly or any GRODD authorized service partners. In such cases the existing warranty will be considered VOID
  • GRODD provides Damage resulting from improper use / installation of third-party Product. In such cases the existing warranty will be considered VOID.
  • Warranty does not cover failure of the product due to Electric power fluctuations and any component damaged due to that, usual wear and tear (including damage to the clothing part/battery), lightning, fire, misuse, neglect, Accident and act of God/nature. Any physical/component arising damage due to these, GRODD reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.
  • Warranty will be considered VOID if the product specific number/serial number/warranty seal has been removed/modified/tampered.
  • GRODD products purchased from any other platform other than GRODD official website such as amazon, flipkart, meesho, myntra etc. shall be connected directly to the same platform. Since there are other suppliers reselling GRODD products on such platforms. However, in case of unsatisfied response please feel free to get in touch with us.

Replacement and Refund Policy

GRODD will provide a replacement for a product if informed within 24 hours of receipt of the products and under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Product has been received
  • Damaged product has been received
  • Documentary evidence in the form of a photo or video
  • Warranty seal has not been tampered/misplaced/removed
  • Serial number is intact and has not been tampered.

Replacement can be made if the customer reports the same to our Customer Service team by calling at 18002579391 (10:00 a.m to 6:00 pm/Monday to saturday), or write an email to within 24hours of delivery. Any reports made beyond 24 hours from the date and time of delivery are not eligible for replacement.

Replacement will be made only for the Bluetooth wireless headset (electronic component) and not applicable for the band (clothing part), Battery or Charger.

The customer will be responsible for sending the defective/damaged product to the service center/ send directly to GRODD and the charges will be borne by the customer itself, however, if the defect is genuine then the correct product is sent back to the customer with charges borne by GRODD.

The request will, however, be entertained once technicians at GRODD have checked and determined the issue at our end.

A product purchased at GRODD will not be eligible for a replacement if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect-free product, physical damage or warranty seal being tampered/removed or tampering caused by the user/customer. 

Products purchased from the GRODD website are not eligible for a refund.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact GRODD Customer Service within 24 hours. The GRODD team will look into the case and will dispatch a replacement. This policy is valid only up to 24 hours from the delivery of the order.

If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and reach out to GRODD Customer Service immediately.

GRODD products are not eligible for replacement if any faults/defects/damage caused to product after delivery. That is, any damage apart from manufacturing defects caused or detected after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement. However, in such case you can report to GRODD service team through email and we will assist to the possible extent to resolve the issue or advise you with alternatives. Acceptance and denial of such request is solely under the discretion of GRODD for any reason.

Replacement Terms

Replacement of a product will be entertained strictly under the following conditions:

  • Replacement for GRODD product(s) will be made only once and will be eligible only if the claim has been made within 24 hours of the time and date of purchase (date/time of arrival/receipt of product in case of online purchase)
  • Within 24 hours of receipt of the product,if the customer proves that the product delivered is in defective condition or has any physical damage while unboxing, replacement will be made available. Note this shall be reported within 24 hours to GRODD official website or along with the proof and receipt.
  • Defected products shall be sent back to GRODD technical team for further examination. The request will, however, be entertained once our team has checked and confirmed the the same.
  • Though GRODD usually get back to the customer with 24 hours of product receipt, this may take up to 10 days in case a detailed check is required. Customer has to bear shipping/transportation cost while sending it back to us.
  • GRODD does not bear any transportation/shipping cost for the products sent back to us for repair/replacement. This will be deducted from the customer.
  • In the event of product delivered, does not match as per the claimed specifications, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product through our website. Our team will get back to you ASAP.
  • In the event of repairs / replacement of any part(s) of the product, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain intact only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repair / replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
  • Repair/replacement will be entertained only if the product is not tampered, warranty seal is intact (non-tampered) and all the accessories provided along with the product are properly returned in same condition.
  • GRODD reserves the right to refuse repair/replacement for any reason or non-compliance of product recommended use, violation of terms of conditions etc.
  • A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
    • Customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product
    • Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product
    • Warranty sticker being removed
    • An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.


GRODD shall not be liable/responsible directly or indirectly for any claim or
compensations, damages, any losses to property or lifearising directly or indirectly out of any defect in the product.

Under this “LimitedWarranty” GRODD will not be responsible or held liable for consequential for any inconvenience, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss ofdata, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, any personal and / or commercial loss,mental agony, anxiety etc. or any direct or indirect loss of any nature whatsoever (including anypersonal injury or death) due to any damage in the product.

GRODD shall not be liable directly or indirectly for any claim for compensation
if the Product has been exposed to moisture and / or dampness and / or extreme
thermal and / or extreme environmental conditions or to rapid changes in such
conditions, to corrosion, to oxidation, to spillage of food or liquid or to influence
from external chemical products.

GRODD do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free

GRODD may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice.

GRODD is not liable to replace/repair the Products that are received in a damaged condition and are brought to our notice beyond 24 hours of delivery.

GRODD will not be responsible if you have mishandled the product or not used it as directed by the brand, which in turn results in product damage.

GRODD will not be responsible if the product is damaged due to use any charger other than provided by GRODD or plugged into a power source lower or greater than that of specified in user manual.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not entertained for the orders placed/purchased through any offer or discount during special occasions. 

Users can cancel their placed order until it has not been initiated for the shipment process. Once shipping is initiated, the product cannot be cancelled. Please note prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Shipping Policy

  • Each order will be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of the payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall do so by placing multiple orders.
  • Please note that GRODD will not be responsible for any order/shipment getting delayed once it’s in Transit, as the shipment will be carried out by our channeling partners and may get delayed due to reasons out of our control.
  • At GRODD We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 2-5 working days of the order date. However, in some cases, it takes longer, up to 10 or more working days, to ship the order as the product may have to be procured by the seller where there is a huge demand.
  • Once the shipment is made, GRODD will notify you with a reference tracking number on your provided mobile number/ email address during the time of placing order.
  • Orders are shipped out on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • Please examine the product at the time on delivery, to verify if the packaging is tampered or damaged. If the product is not in the ideal condition, please refuse the collection of the package, and call our customer service number at 18002579391 (10:00 a.m to 6:00 pm/6 days a week), or write to us on support@grodd.inmentioning your order reference number and details. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • Please note, all the orders placed on the GRODD website are shipped with an invoice. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may call our customer service number at 18002579391 (10:00 a.m to 6:00 pm/6 days a week), or write an email to mentioning your order reference number.
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
  • Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order
  • We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
